SINU-9 is a development gas field located in the Lower Magdalena Basin adjacent to Colombia’s largest independent gas producer. The block is fully permitted with Environmental Approval granted by ANLA to drill 22 wells from 11 locations. The Company made discoveries at Brujo-1X and Magico-1X which have contributed significantly to reserve and resource growth. Construction is underway, led by best-in-class midstream partners, to connect 30 MMcf/d of pipeline and production facility capacity in H1 2024, increasing to 40 MMcf/d by year-end 2024. The Company intends to drill the Hechicero-1X exploration well in Q4 from the same drill pad as the Brujo-1X well which encountered 783 feet of net gas pay and tested 51 MMcf/d.

Maria Conchita is a producing gas field located in the Department of La Guajira. After successfully re-entering the Aruchara-1 well in July 2020, the Company reached commercial production in August 2022 and in August 2023 successfully completed the drilling of the Aruchara-3 well, encountering 570 feet of net gas pay. To date, the Company has reached production volumes of 17.9 MMcf/d from Maria Conchita. The Company’s focus in 2024 will be on production enhancing activities and completing a geophysics study on the newly encountered fractured H3 and H4 zones, as part of a key re-scoping initiative following up on the 65.2 MMcf/d test at the Aruchara-3 well. In parallel, we will be evaluating different scenarios to increase pipeline capacity at Maria Conchita.
